TJ Wheel question..

i have a 2002 tj sport, i have 2008 sahara rims 255/70r18. i know i need spacers to change bolt pattern and probably 2" lift minimum.. wondering if i might need more spacing away from the hub..thanks

I think as long as you've got the wheel spacers to convert the bolt pattern from 5x4.5 to 5x5, the spacers should give you enough spacing (ain't that the point? )

I have 07 Rubi wheels with 255/75R17s on my 97 TJ. Spidertrax adapters spaced them just right....

I think he's asking what width spacers would be correct.

Spidertrax adapters for this only come in 1.25 width.....they fit nice....needed a washer on the steering stops though.

Thanks everyone..answered perfectly, sorry spacing width was the main question..also sheriff1680 what kind of lift do you have on the 97 TJ if any or what would anyone recomend. dont want to go to big but i dont want to rub fenders if i go offroad..
