TJ Torque specs

After digging for a few days, I compressed about 10 websites into 2 pages.

Bear in mind, these are off the web so take them as they come. If you see something wrong let me know, hope they help.

Michael is hosting this on his website in excel format. The link is above

Saves me some emails

Just curious as to how much these values differ across different year models?

One caution, newer TJs require a lower 45 ft-lb. torque setting for the front trackbar mounting bolt at the frame-end. The above referenced chart says 55 ft-lbs. which is correct for older TJs like mine but it makes no mention of the 45 ft-lb. specification I believe is true for newer TJs. I don't know what year it switched from 55 to 45 ft-lbs. but at least one member reported that they snapped that bolt on their newer TJ when they torqued it to 55 ft-lbs.
