TJ Torque specs
After digging for a few days, I compressed about 10 websites into 2 pages.

One caution, newer TJs require a lower 45 ft-lb. torque setting for the front trackbar mounting bolt at the frame-end. The above referenced chart says 55 ft-lbs. which is correct for older TJs like mine but it makes no mention of the 45 ft-lb. specification I believe is true for newer TJs. I don't know what year it switched from 55 to 45 ft-lbs. but at least one member reported that they snapped that bolt on their newer TJ when they torqued it to 55 ft-lbs.
