TJ Lift to fit 35's

I am sure this has been posted thousands of times but here goes again....I am going to lift my jeep to clear with 35's. I want to do a long travel kit so what kind should i buy and how big. I heard 4" is ok then I heard it is not ok so help me out. I already have the front anti rock system. Any help would be appreciated.
