TJ has cancer - need new rolling frame

Has anyone ever swapped out a rolling frame on a Jeep Wrangler. How hard is it?? I really want to keep my baby on the road and just want to know what im getting into

IT will take you a weekend solid. It is not a easy task but also not impossible.

my question is: how bad is the rust that it NEEDS a new frame? People have been repairing CJ and YJ frames since the dawn of time.

I have mine down to the bare bones now

its rather hard to get all the cables and wires seperated and the fender bolts will suck but other than that it shouldnt be bad. just pb blast everything before hand and let it soak in. tj tubs arent that heavy either btw...much much less than yj tubs!!! good luck.
