I see everything about aftermarket trackbars w/ aftermarket diff covers. What about a 2 BB with stock track bar, and wanting an aftermarket cover? What hits, what fits?

Offset tre's would require custom steering. To use one on an anemic stock tie rod assembly would be pointless and destined for constant repair. This is focused on stock and aftermarket inverted y steering setups. The zj style solid tie rod like unlimited has takes slightly more room then a stock hollow tie rod does and is worth the lost clearance. The currie steering which is superior in most every way to factory is also going to reduce clearance.

Short of a custom crossover steering the offset tre isn't likely going to work.

I'm willing to bet the JKS/tweaked WJ tie rod/offset tre would allow a somewhat larger diff cover... part of the reason the JKS doesnt clear is that the bend is too far out from the diff cover and gets into the steering. If someone wants to give me a beefy cover or two to try I'd be more than happy to report results

The garage is a happy place...

Gotta thank you for the offset tre info. Ordered stuff to do the same thing.

Happy to help... make sure you've got a plan to bend the tie rod if you're trying to get full bump-putting it in a vice probably wont cut it, I had to use my tubing bender.

Not a problem. My father inlaw runs a fab shop.
