TJ fluid capacities

I dont' have a jeep yet so I don't have a manual to look this stuff up. However, I'd like to start buying supplies so I can change all my fluids first thing::

I need to know capacities and types of::
coolant
oil
diff fluid
tc fluid
trans fluid (manual)
brake fluid
grease (for the grease points on the body/suspension)

I want to have everything ready to go and change so when I get my new jeep (well, used, but new to me), I can be the good car owner I am and change all the fluids and start fresh. That way, there is no question of previous owner maintenance or neglect in that department.

How long do jeep clutches last, and are they easy to change?

Oil is about 6 qts
Trans is about 3 qts
tc is about 2 qts
front diff and rear together is about 4 qts (I have a dana 44 in the rear)
For grease, just buy a tube
no clue on the brakes

jeep clutches last quite awhile...

DOT 5 on the brake fluid?

What types of oil should I get for the TC, trans and diffs? Or will the rear diff fluid depend on the type of diff I have?

How long is a while on the clutches..100k, 200k?
