TJ engine swap

I have a friend with a 97 TJ 2.5 and a manual.

And i have a 93 zj 4.0 engine with AW4 trans without the wiring harness in my garage that we really wont to put in his Tj.

But I need some help!! What is the best way to get it to work in the TJ?

I have thought about buying a wiring harness from a TJ with 4.0 and auto trans, but wil i work? Isn't the sensors different from 93 to 97 4.0?

And we live in Norway, so there are not a lot of TJ's with 4.0 around. The junkyards do not have that many Jeeps like you in the states. Specialy TJ's and 4.0 engines.

You're going to need a lot of auxiliary parts. Wiring harness and PCM, exhaust, fan and shroud, motor mounts, bellhousing (if you swap the tranny), etc, etc, etc...

There are a lot of threads on the 2.5 to 4.0 swaps. Take a brief look through them.
