TJ bumpers

are the front and rear bumpers on a tj interchangeable?

i am borrowing my buddies warn bumper to use as a template for making some bumpers. i was thinking of just replicating the 54" rockcrawler bumper for my rear bumper.

for the front was thinking of relicating the front bumper with a stinger and maybe some built in fog lights or something else along those lines.....

Anyways thanks for the infor and help guys

I never thought about them be interchangeable, but no, the mounting hardware is different on the front than it is on the back.

I think you'd be fine "replicating" the bumper itself - but the brackets and mounts will have to be entirely different.
