my original plan was to go with psc or t&t tube fenders front and rear and stay at six inches but i couldn't hook that up before easter. i went with the xenons and 8 inches for now and hopefully will go back to my plan later. the flares are only offered that wide. they do look rediculous with the maypops but my krawlers stick out about 3 inches. it looks good but is against the law even with the wide flares

This really needs to be paid attention to if you do any rocks.

Those red labels are like glue in the rocks and if you bind it at all, crap will break and fast. I run the 39" versions and big axles and they scare me.

I can barber pole a front drive shaft so fast it's downright scary.

I second this an suggestion or using 609's. You can run 37" tires on a Dana 30 but not 37" stickies. You will be very disappointed after you first trip in the rocks running stickies with a dana 30, no matter what you do to it.

Probably so with his 37s, but a 44 rear and HP30 up front are holding up fine with me and 35s and it is not babied.

You really don't understand the difference between 37's and 35's, much less those sticky ones from BFG.

They will kill a 30 anything and a 44 rear anything in short order if you use them to their potential. If you're just going to the mall, then no worries. Throw in lockers and rocks and stuff will die a fast horrible death.

I run a 609 up front and a HP 60 and I'm always careful to not bind because everytime I do, I wind up taking money out of my pocket and handing it to someone for more parts.

There are no 35's you can run that will prepare you for the difference in traction.

i love the fact that even bald the 39 reds hook up so much better than my fairly new 39 iroks. but northeast terran is a little different throw a little dirt ( even dry ) and the krawlers are spinning were the iroks can grip more. i have another set comming and there 65% worn and i cant wate to try them, the last set i had was 80% bald and they kicked butt.

point is i like your build, but a dana 30 with 37's is pushing it. now throw the red lables on top of that and i think your asking for trouble, jason.

On that roll cage, did you cut all the padding up and reinstall or did you find a kit? I love how yours looks but there is no way I could cut my padding up to make it look that good. (I suck at that kind of stuff)

it was all new bestop padding and i was reluctant to cut it but i did. it turned out to be the same outer diameter as the cage clamps.
