TIRES PAST FENDER FLARES 15.5 in wide TIRES!!!!
I got pulled over this morning for my tires sticking out past the fender flares. Obviously this wasn’t news to me because I’m riding on the mickey Thompson 33x15.5 ATZ’s. I also kinda figured it was illegal. However after diligently searching on the internet for a flare that can solve my problem I was also not surprised to find there isn’t anything out there large enough to cover this tire. I figure I need around an 11 in flare. If anyone knows anyway I can fix it please let me know. A couple things came to mind. I could make something. Which I wouldn’t know how to do. I could buy some from a JK cause I know they are much wider, or I could just keep getting tickets. Haha.

15.5" wide is ridiculous man.....fenders to cover them would be even more so. Go to a 12.50 and benefit.

How wide are your wheels? Going to a narrower wheel, perhaps more backspacing would also help to bring the tires in some. Those seem like they would be crazy wide though, too wide in my opinion. I would have just gotten narrower tires and avoided the problem in the first place.

There are flares out there that are 6" wider than stock, I believe. That would get you pretty close. You could maybe make up the rest with different wheels.

You might have to make your own. Cheap plastic garden edgeing is a popular choice.
