Tire Wobbles in the Front

I just got my Tire balance and Rotated, and Front End Alignment. The Tire Shop said everything looks good. But I still have the front tires wabbling on the road going 45+mph. I just replace the Up Drag Link with a new one and a new TRE on the ZJ Tie Rod. This is on a HP30 that has been finished built about a week. It has new Ball Joints and Bushings.

Thanks
Anthony

swap the back tires to the front and see what happens.

do you have steel wheels? also, have you tied getting them balanced again? i've had my tires balanced balanced several times where right out the door, they were off. took my jeep right back in, had them balanced again and sure enough, they were better.

When you get them balanced you have to make sure after thy put the weights on that they spin the tire back up and make sure it shows 0 weight needed. Most times they don't do this since small tires only take a small amount of weight and they get it correct first time out.

Also insure that you check all of your suspension I know I had the wobble for ever I put an adjustable tarck bar on and got new tires and then got the jeep aligned still had a small amount of wobble so I tightened up the components one last time and I have been wobble free for over 1000 miles!

If you are running ceramic beads in the tire there is a possiblity that the balancing machine isn't spinning the tires up fast enough and thus you won't be able to balance the tires with that machine...Check out Dyna Beads site regarding spin balancing tires with that have Dyna Beads in them -- sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. You need to have the shop spin the tires up and mark with chalk where the weight is called for and the respin them to see if the same spot and mass is being reported by the machine. If the results aren't identical then a different machine needs to be used.

If you have lifted the jeep you prob need to adj the camber to +6* on the front end. most of the regular alignment shops have no idea that it can be done! The front lower control arms have a cam adjustment on it. if it isnt enough you need to get some adjustable lowers to fix it.
