I was going to do a front triangulated setup. I scraped the idea because it looked like the upper arms could hir the oil pan. Best of luck if you go this route.

Having trouble finding someone documenting an external pump on a TJ and want to do things right the first time if possible...

Thanks!
I believe this fuel pump and this rollover valve can be used:

I am looking into doing this or using the stock assembly in my fuel cell but I haven't decided yet.

That's the same rollover valve I am using although I am using the Holley pump that Poly Performance suggested. I am on the hedge about using this holley one becuase it seems like the pressure is a little high...100psi but they had told me they had been using this one with TJ's recently with no problems.

Also with the external fuel pump, you will probably need to run a return line and swap the TJ fuel rail for one from a YJ that has a return port.

You can curve them around the pan... not sure it makes sense.. but a guy in our club with an XJ has a 4 link up front. Pretty smooth setup.. I'll see if I can find some pics.

best one I could find..kinda big but you wanna be able to see the arms so I'll just link it

Those comp cut rears will really fill out nicely with this stretch.

Are you moving the front up at all, or just the back farther back?

For a few reasons...

1. I am making a true 4-Link front that will be triangulated instead of the radius 5-Link that Calyton uses.
2. I am stretching and possibly double triangulating the rear
3. To Learn and because I can

I can accomplish both numbers 1 and 2 for for far cheaper than Clayton's stretch kit which is only the rear arms stretched and retails around $1200.

Yeah I think it should fill up nicely in the rear once done. At this time, I am just going to move the back as moving the front forward more is a little more of a PIA than I want to get into before spring.

What are you going to be using for threaded adapters on your square arms?

Also, any reason why you went so thick on the square arms? Clayton only uses 2x2x.25" wall lowers and 1.5x1.5x.125" wall uppers.
