throwing codes P0134, P0171, P1492

Alright when I got my 1997 TJ it had the CEL on it the original codes being thrown were:
P0171( fuel system lean at limit bank one)
P1492( battery voltage high)

I'm getting about 7.4 miles to the gallon( however I do have 35's on it and it is a 2.5l. So the other day I figured I'd have a test done on it again. I went to a different auto store this time.
and code P0134(bank 1 sensor 1 o2 sensor) came up with the other 2.

First I thought it was a vacuum leak so I checked everything I could and couldnt find a leak anywhere. Would the o2 sensor be causing code P0171 to be thrown too?
