Depends on the TT on what shifter will work. The Novak will work with all of them for big $ I have been able to get the advanced adpaters to work with most, sometimes with a bit of mods. I have the aa on mine right now in preparation for the flat skid. Link in my signature.

When I think "TT" I think TrueTrac limited slip differential. Exactly what are you asking about?
Edit: Nevermind, I figured it out you're talking about a tummy tuck.

The nth setup which relocates the stock stuff, seems to work fine:

Get the skyjacker bracket. It should likely work with all of them.

When I did mine I went with the AA bracket. Now I wish I had left it stock because I had to modify the bracket to get it to fit and now my linkage is out of line and comes apart. Last weekend I had to pull my shifter trim and floor bracket apart two times to put it back together. When it was stock it at least worked and did not fail on me, but I had to change it
.I am planing on going with a Novak shifter. They have a new kit coming out that keeps your shift pattern the same as stock, 4lo at the back 2hi in the front. They do not have it yet and don't have a price so I am not sure what I am going with yet. Those brackets may be good if you do a little TT or just have a BL but if you really cram everything up there for a Flat TC skid like I did or a really good TT they are not the way to go. Varnish- Is that a pic from your 98? My 05 linkage is different. The pieces comming off the "pivot rod" is one piece in your pic its two. |
