based on my directions I think mine are right .....but mine rub and yours don't..... I will look at mine tomorrow and see what I can see. but as far as the stud , I have mine on right. the directions read - "Insert the stainless steel stud in the whole vacated by stock sway bar arm so that the threaded end of the stud points away from the vehicle"
can't belive I found my directions after all this time
I dont really see what the Zerks matter unless it affects the way sway bar arm fits on the stud??
Thanks again guys
we will get this figured out

Ya, it seems to me that the direction the Zerks face should not make a difference.

Someone gave you a number to call.
If it was me I would WAIT untill I got the new lift.
I see you have home made ones now. Wait until the new, bigger lift comes in. You know what they say, if it ain't broke...

I wasn't aware that they made more than one size. I got mine a little less than a year ago and I don't think they have changed them since then. I am pretty sure they just come in one size. They say it is for a 2-4" lift but the guys at Tarheel 4WD in charlotte said that they will actually fit 0-4" lifts. Oh and don't worry about the .5" difference between 4.5 and 4.0. Its the same height lift. The weight of your vehicle makes a bigger difference.

Nope they make two sizes. I have the 2"-5" because after my stock ones broke I knew I would be going bigger down the road so I went with the ones I wouldn't need to replace.
