swapping in rubicon case

i found a 03 rubicon t-case that was in a jeep with a manual

i want to put it into my 04 with the 42rle 4 speed auto ....


what am i going to run into ? am i going to need an extension seal?

what is an extension seal, and why would you need one?

the seal is for the different length of the input shaft the manual and autos have different lengths
