Swapping engines in 2000 Jeep TJ HELP

Hello all, I am brand new to this site and not a jeep specialist, but know a little bit about them. I bought a 2000 Wrangler TJ that has 4 banger in it that has a cracked head. I bought it because the jeep is very nice and I got a slamming deal on it. Now here's the question, I have a friend who wheels and deals jeep parts and he is willing to sell me a 4.0 motor, transfer case, transmission, computer and wiring harness out of a 1999 Wrangler TJ with 100k on it for $750. I feel that is a good price. I know that the engine mounts will have to be cut and fabricated to a new position, but what else will I need? I dont have the time to search around for a V8 motor to put in it with the computer and wiring harness from the donor so please don't bash me on that. All im asking here is for some personal opinions on how to make this job easier and what else will I need besides the Engine, Transfer Case, Transmission, Computer & Wiring Harness. Also I am not worried about the axles and all the other stuff right now.

You will need the fan shroud, hoses, accessory brackets, fuel line iirc.
