Wow....its amazing how shady some people are. But yes, I will definitely look at that. What am I looking for on the axles? Where are the markings that will tell me that its a D44? And where is the pump, lines, etc for the lockers? I planned on putting it in 4X4 in the parking lot to make sure that everything would engage.

Any other suggestions?

Yeah, I have already started shopping for tires. I dont want Baja Claws anyways. I want another set of the TSL Radials.....absolutely awesome tire for what I do.

The dealership is telling me that the tires have 50-60% tread life left. I dont believe them for one second, but pictures rarely do a set of tires justice. They always look worse in the pictures than what they really are (Ive sold about 5 different sets of tires on craigslist & Ebay and they just never look as good as they do in person).

I suggest finding some dirt/loose gravel and trying out 4hi and 4lo, lockers...forwards, backwards, turning...even going through a ditch or something to test the articulation...while listening for bad noises. That's how I test drove mine.

D44's will look like a stop sign and the rear one will have a metal fill plug. The D35 is more oval in shape and has a rubber fill plug.

Since it's a Rubicon, the air lockers should also be functional, front and rear. The factory did not make a D35 or D30 with an air locker. The two pumps are near the transfer case skid.

Looking at the pictures closer and that it has the 4" lift I am questioning why it still has stock upper and lower control arms... also no swaybar endlinks ask said before just makes me wonder if the lift was installed properly. I would make sure you take it to a separate shop and have them look at it.

I had an RC lift on my Wrangler X and it still had stock control arms. I guess thats why I didnt think anything of it. The lift on my previous Jeep was done by a very reputable shop in Houston (from what I have read about them).
