stock height

I recently purchased a 1997 Wrangler that has a lift on it. Not sure how much lift it is. What is the easiest way to find out the lift height over stock?

Go out and measure the springs... stock is 12" front and 8" rear. Anything over that is your lift.

Ditto!
FYI, and just to to avoid any possible confusion.......
those heights are mounted on the Jeep, sitting level, w/o you in the drivers seat!
