Go the second set of E brake cables in from Napa today. We have a winner. The Napa cables they list on the JU 8.8 post are incorrect. The correct Napa part numbers are 95342 & 95347.

I just drilled two holes and used the brackets that were on the cable. I am going to trim the passenger side up a bit when I have a second just for looks, but they are installed and functioning.

I have the steel to do it just not sure how I want it yet. I have been working on tube fender plans.

Didn't get much done today except installing one of my Amsteal Ropes on the winch.

Thanks for all the comments. I was wondering fo a second as I was the only one on the posts. kind of like talking to myself here

I have been deployed but just got back and fixed the Rancho track bar issue, I had pulled the ball joint out of it on the madden voyage offroad.

It was a simply fix with a 5/8" bit and a RE track bar I found on ebay for under a $100.00

I am going to start welding on a mount for the doors when they are removed. I almost knocked one over today and that would have really made my day. I have a good idea on it and I think it can be done for under $15.00

I tossed on an Amsteel Rope talso. I pulled the cable once last weekend to pull I guy and that reminded me of why I run ropes.

You seem like a pretty smart guy, Brian... I think your next purchase should be a 1 ton crossover steering setup. That inverted Y bull**** needs to go.

That is going to come with the Rockcrusher front axel upgrade. Realistically next summer.

I decided to buy a trailer yesterday and the beer belly is my next project. I about have the wiring finished up on the trailer and I am off to get some cable clamps to finish it up before I leave for Miramar.

A lot less now but I am not sure. I already gave the cable away to another member of my club or I could subtract that off and get a close guess.

Been stuck out at Fort Campbell for some time but got to go spend the weekend wheelin. My passenger really hated to get out for any photos; she is my rock and really likes to wheel. She would prefer to drive but I haven't quite been able to let go of the wheel.

I will be moving the high lift as it got hung up on more then one rock where it is mounted. I've got a few beatuy marks now and the Jeep has been promoted from mall crawler.

Overall it all worked especially well even with open diffs. I did make it through a few things that people with lockers still had to work on passing.
