standard gear ratio

Ok so going to re gear but need to find out what I have to start with so I can work out if i need new cases!
so 2000 year 4.0ltr TJ
with stock Dana 30 front
dana 44 rear with traclock
running a 5 speed stick shift
This is a UK model so may be different from you guys.
Anyway how can I tell I have both axle tags intact but its just numbers and letters to me none look like a ratio
Any ideas?

Hard to say. I've never even heard of a D30 traclok. I would still guess 3.73.

Hold onto something... Quick!!!

The first three numbers on the second line of the tag is your gear ratio. So 307 is 3.07. 373 is 3.73.
