Squeal when in 4wd

Went out last weekend and only when in 4wd i got a squeal that got louder along with higher rpm and it was some what itermitten. Sounds like it's coming from the front or under T/C shifter. Kinda sounds like a bad bearing, but I just had knee surgery and can't really get under there to check things out just yet. Probably shouldn't have been out wheelin either, but a month in the house sucks! It is a 2005, 4.0, 6 spd, D30, D35, with a 3" lift and T/C drop. Thanks all.
