Your axle shafts are not spinning right(messed Up) or your spider gears are not seated right...

Thats where i would start.

But since its a turn, im leaning towards a bad axle shaft straining the gears.

im pretty sure my gears are in right becuse they can only go in one way. if my axles were bent wouldnt that make my jeep ride funny? i replaced my water pump at the same time the first time and now at a certain rpm it shakes and makes a weird humming noise. is that because my axles are bent or my belt is to tight.

put the rear on jack stands and block the front and put it in gear and let it spin while you watch it spin you'll be able to tell if its bent or not.

A teeth of what? Spider gear or Ring/pinion?

I regeared my Rig, and after that I notice a vibration at 65-70 mph

hmmm I was thinking I needed to lower the TC but this put me thinking now..
I am locked so I got no spidergears tho.

Your gears can only go in one direction but their is a ton of adjustment that can be made in that one direction. If the teeth on the r&P appear good and the wear pattern is ok I would be leaning towards a bad shaft.

Your axle housing sounds bent. This puts MUCH more strain on the spiders.
