Yea I did it a couple times as well. At least you can just dab it up then re-shoot it.

Looks great, but if you ever have to get your rear cage out, you're gonna have a heck of a time!!!! I have a spice interior and HATE how the black carpet shows dust so easily. That looks SO much cleaner and it should hide dirt/dust quite well.

I had never considered spice as the interior color to do, but that looks tempting. I have black center console and black seat covers with the spice/tan dash/doors. How ya think that would pair up? Nice contrast?

Keep moving forward. But keep an eye on history, for if you don't, you are doomed to repeat it.

fantastic job! I have been looking for a job done with the brown color. Definatley gonna do Mine now. Just a question, I see you did the door jambs and on top of the tub where the top goes, Does this affect the way the doors shut? How about the way the top fits on the tub(if you have a hardtop). Thanks again for the pics and info.

That may give it a nice contrast. The color hides the dirt pretty well so far and wipes down nicely. I would think the black would get super hot in the summer too? And the whole cage would have to come out in one piece (or cut up) as it is all welded in....so it's is staying in and hopefully never put to use

It hasn't affected the way the doors shut. And I do not have a hardtop, so not sure about that, but I wouldnt forsee it to be an issue. If you are going to coat the door jambs, the one I thing I would do is not to go out quite as far as I did. You can see a little bit of the tan when the doors are shut, which I may mix up some white and cover over it, but it really is only noticeable if you are looking for it.
