Speedo help

So my tires finally needed to be replaced, and about time 4" lift with stock tire look was getting old after 2 years. So I went to 35's and love the look. But now the speedo is off. I have a 2005 LJ Rubicon and to my knowledge the speedo is all computerized. I went to my mechanic and he holed it up to his Chrysler computer and set it for the 35's but it's still off. About 8 mph at 60. Any help would be apprenticed. If there's a flash tuner or something like that.

OP has a rubicon, which IS electronic, NOT a speedo gear.

OP, do a search for speed healer.
