Spacers, good or bad?

Hi guys/gals.

I have a 3" Teraflex lift with Rancho RS9000 shocks on my 97 TJ. Before going on the Rubicon in July, I'd like to add a little more lift.

I found the cheapest way is to get a Daystar kit off Ebay;
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...category=33585

It's a 1 3/4" kit and I have some newbie questions

Will I need to get longer shocks or brake lines?
What common problem arise from doing this?
Will my driveshaft angle change, if so, how do I fix that?

Thanks in advance.

Mark

Your drive angle will change and the cheapest way to correct that is to drop your T-case although that is not the best way. You can correct the drive angle with a BL and MML and/or adjustable control arms, and SYE and CV. You may be able to get away with the shocks you have now but the safe bet is to get longer shocks. You might want to get a 1in BL and MML lift. It will give extra clearance and solve minor vibration problems although it will cost more than spacers.
