Soft top rear window.

About two months back someone thought they would be cute and ripped a whole in the plastic of my rear soft top window. I haven't really worried about it because it's top down weather. But now that college has started, it has become a real eye sore. I won't pay a dealership 150$ for that single window. I will post this in the Wanted section of the forum after class tonight, but I want to know if anyone has a spare black soft rear window for a 97 factory soft top. If anyone has one and is willin' to part with it, please email me at JimiFingHendrix@aol.com or respond to this post. I don't get paid for another week or so, but should be able to do somethin' soon. Thanks.

Jim

For only $9 more than the single rear window from the dealer, you can get the Bestop replacement set of all three (part number 58121-15). The Bestop replacement windows are supposed to be a near exact replacement for the factory windows and work with the factory top.

At worst, you have replacements for the side windows at almost no more out of pocket cost. OR you can sell off the side windows separately or together on eBay to another soul in the same situation you are in!

Heck, you may be able to get $50 or more for each side window--and the buyer will pay the shipping--so your net cost will be real cheap. And be doing a public service to one or two other Jeep owners by allowing them to buy a single replacement window for less than half the dealer cost.

I'm pretty sure I have an OEM clear window set in my attic. If I remember right it isn't completely scratchless, but doesn't have any rips in it. Are you interested?

Yeah I'd be interested. As long as the scratches aren't extreme and the price is good I'd be very interested. Thanks.
