Soft Top/Hard Top Wiring Question

Ok guys, I need some help. I am removing my factory hard top because I am going to sell it and I was wondering about the factory wiring. My question is for anyone with a factory soft top. I looked over the wiring harness and pretty much figured out were everything goes but this one set of wires. I noticed when I disconnected the hard top connections from the connection at my drivers side back corner there is a small group of wires that "Y" off the there and goes down through a rubber seal down into the tub of the jeep. It is located right behind where the roll bar goes. So do any of you with a factory soft top have this group of wires on the rear drivers side corner? I do not want to remove it not even knowing what is it... Any help is apprecitated.

Ok, see the set of wires that is going into the tub of the body. Does that go to my tail lights or is that part of the Hard Top wiring also?

The wires you are looking at are the wires that go to and from your taillights. The wiring for the hardtop terminates at the connector that plugs into the hardtop.
