Soft doors to full hard doors, what do i need?

Just bought some hard doors, going from half doors with soft uppers, the hard doors i bought already have weather stripping on them, do i need anything like different door surrounds or anything?

Nope, just slap 'em on.

Rokmen TT, Rokmen control arms, Novak NV241 cable shifter, JKS 1.25" BL + 1" MML.

Anybody can take advice if it doesn't interfere with their plan.

1) You need to take the surrounds off and 2) adjust the door side hinges.

Door surrounds only come off if going from soft top to hard top.

I just got some half doors and at the last minute, decided to test fit one. The passenger side lower hinge pin cap is hitting my tub. I will need to adjust, but not looking forward to getting the door hinge torx bolts loose.

Glad I decided to test fit before getting them painted. Now I have a scratch on my tub over the lower hinge to fix as well.

But will be worth it once I am rolling with half doors this summer.
