Don't remember where the company is located but they are easily reachable so you could call and ask. I've dealt with the skid first hand. It's very nice and sells for a great price. If it had been around over a year ago, I would've purchased it over Rokmen's simply for the price savings since it's basically the same thing.
Imped, while I appreciate your input, the internet market is a make or break market. If i have to search for pics, forgettaboutit. I did not likely see another skid. The site displays a corresponding engine skid but it's only available for the '03's (This is not that clear on the site). I should not have to make a phone call to find out where a business is located (As the location determine quite often shipping charges).

My questions were genuine and HOPEFULLY helpful to the UCF folks. I agree that the pricing is very well established but pricing alone does not always determine the sell.....

Thanks for your candid input.!

No problem. UCF is a new company so I'm sure he could use your advice. I can assure you that their welds are excellent (even better now than before) and the product is top notch. I would really be surprised if UCF isn't taking a lot of sales from the other TT manufacturers. Same quality, lower pricing.....can't beat that.

Did you even read the whole thread? There are installed pics and uninstalled pics of the UCF skid all over this thread, starting with page 2. Location has been covered too...Post #61. Whats wrong with calling them? I don't understand why people are so afraid to pick up a phone and actually use it to talk to somebody else - without text messaging.

I don't know either. I typically take the time and have enough patience to type out the best response I can when responding to a problem someone has. OTOH, I don't like doing the same in a PM because only one person is the recipient and that offends my sensibilities, so I shoot them my phone number. That and it's easier to answer questions over the phone and saves long drawn out exchanges.

I get about 20 percent who will actually call.

Honestly?? "cuz i am a farrrking tight arse and would rather get the info for free via the web than make a LD phone call.. Folks, if you want to be successful online, provide the info people want. Don't make them go looking for it. 7secs tops and a prospective buyer will leave if they cannot find what they are looking for online. Believe me....... If one is asking for additional info, chances are it should be on your website....

Unfortunately NO, i did not completely read this whole thread. It got too long. In hindsight i should have. Thanks for the additional info.

To get back on topic, do any of you know of one who has the UCF skid installed with an ATLAS clocked flat??? I still have a few months before i am buying mine, however the UCF skid out of nowhere is right up there as my top choice!!!

Is that a fact? You paying for the toll call?

Doesn't matter as I just got a reply. Seems "someone" is lurking this thread.

I am one of those 20% and sucked it up and called. Even though I was just asking questions to learn about something. I don't even plan on doing it for forever and a day. But learning is learning.

I think Blaine should set up a 1-900 number at $.99 a minute for advice.

Man... I never got that offer. I would take name calling and proper advise over fear. Oh well, I did eventually get my answers.

Seriously, why can't people just make a fricken phone call. It may be odd calling someone you don't know, but they soon become a friend after a minute.

I lol at the 1-900 #. That is quite funny. I would rather pay to hit Blaine near a shady tree, but I am way too far for that.

Anyone looking for info, just either pm UCF here or call them up. It is easier to get an answer and then ank another question rather than having to wait for the first response only to get another question.

They advertise $20 for the year here. I think the jack is $20 though, so that could be the $40. A friend of mine use to have skype out for $12/ year, but I think they got rid of that.

EDIT: Just saw another Magic Jack Commercial, $19.95/year.
