snapped somthin on my cv drive shaft?

I think i snapped my cv driveshaft but im not sure its a part of my ball joint the outside and its ripped up..the tire is moving side to side when driven i just drove it onto the trailer but i noticed it was swaying..i know a lil about jeeps and stuff but i just dont wanna walk into the shop and have the guy tell me i need a new axle bc i know i dont so i rather just be able to tell him str8 up whats wrong or have u guys tell me what i need to do to fix it..i can take more pics if needed just ask..

Sounds like you broke a front axle u-joint.
