small lift suggestions

Other than the OME lift, any other recommendations on a lift in the 2 - 3" range?
I had the OME lift on my previous jeep but want to see if there are any opinions on something else in that size.

Also, instead of the trackbar relocation bracket, is it better to get an adjustable trackbar, or no difference really, other than some drilling?

I want to lift my new jeep in the 2- 3" range, and want to make sure i cover all the bases before i start spending.

First off, take a look at BDS. To my knowledge, they're the only other MFG that have a lift in that size, and that have a good rep. around here.

As for the adj. t-bar, I say go for it. The bracket is made for a certain height. As in, to keep your tires aligned side to side in the rear, you'll need to get the exact lift that the bracket is made for. So, if you buy a 2" lift, and something were to happen where you end up getting too much (2.5") or too little (1.5"), your results may not be very good. It may not be noticeable, and probably isn't most of the time, but the tires may still be off because the bracket is a one size fits kind of thing. The adjustable bar will allow you to adjust it no matter how much you lift or how much you settle, and will be necessary later on if you go higher or add spacers for adtional lift or to fix the rake of the jeep.

Full Traction makes a good 3" lift that sells for a good price and is quite complete.

Also Ron310,

Decide now just what size tire you want to run. If 32s, get 2-3" suspension. If 33s, get 3-4". Choose the latter (example: 4" for 33s) if you want good offroad articulation.

But you'll get a lot of suggestions and really won't be able to nail down exactly what you want unless you can tell everyone what height you are aiming for.

Vague questions will grant you vague replies.
