Bump!

And Gen-Right makes lots of body armor that could be added to the list.

I agree, this is an excellent thread. Thanks Rivka and everyone else who contributed.

There is already a link in the FAQ. I would sticky it but we already have too many of those.

i added the gen right stuff, thanks

asa funny aside, they make a body panel plate that goes right n front of the door, in that area that has "Jeep" stamped in it, now you would think this was over kill, specially since it only goes above other rockers and behind tube fenders, really a pretty small area that is up and up of the way.

You guessed it, it is the only area of my jeep that has a major dent! Got it while in a creak rut with tall sides and tree roots, slide sideways on a slick rock and wham! lost my CB antenna in the process. May just have to get these to cove the damage some day.

why would you want a PDF? seems kinda useless without he links and the constant updating. Something I'm not thinking of?

As for the sticky, Ryan is right we have so many of them, and if we get too many they loose their impact. But thanks for the thought, I agree.

The best thing that folks can do is rate and crawl the thread and most importantly, is when folks ask about items that this thread coves, don't start a hundred short threads, instead link them to here. As we do that, this Thread will stay used and in folks minds.
Also keep the updates coming, it takes everyone to notice when products come out or links change. (notice that i have started to link to more general front pages so that links don't break so often.)

Also if you know of a manfacuter that is listed here and also a participent or vendor on Jeep Forum, let me know, I am putting a V next to their name so we can give them props for their support. Check with them, they may give a forum discount. (I AM NOT LISTING RESELLERS, see first post for info.)

May want to add Purple Cranium Products in the category of axle armor & covers. A bit pricey but very well made, trailworthy and built to last.

I can't find one on skyjackers site...but there are many resellers selling it. Here is a generic one.

Why isn't this a sticky? There is some good info in here. Some of the links should be updated or additional info added though. For example, the Jeeperman link is no longer good. I believe the company has recently closed its doors. Someone said RedRock Fabrication is now producing their product or a similar product though. http://www.redrockfab.com/shop/
