Here's another body mounted rock slider. (It's what I have on my Jeep). Fab Fours

They also make front and rear bumpers.

Wow! Thanks! That's EXACTLY what I need!

Rivka, you should add these to your post on the first page. Awesome product. I'll be calling them in the AM.

Just want to point out a change...

Toys by Troy website is now http://www.jeeprage.com/

Jeep Medic is no longer doing internet business.

Nth Degree products are no longer available. Nth was bought out by AEV with plans to make their parts at some point in the future.

Checkout www.sniperfab.com. They are new but make some nice stuff. The corrners, tube fenders and rockers are tough.

this should seriously be a stickie. keep JeepMedic on there as Jerry still has instructions up, but is not longer in business. some of us loose the instructions and need to reference them for ft-lbs when we drop the engine skid - like me.

im sorry folks i have been MIA a lot this winter, a lot of army/troop movements in our family. And i have been swamped with my new role in Search and Rescue.

I will get focused in the next month to update and check all the links in this thread. Glad it is still helping folks out, i will not let it languish or die.

Glad this popped back up to the top. I couldn't find it through the search function.

Here's a frame-mounted rock slider/step a buddy has... http://www.detoursusa.com/dropkicks.php

I know that feeling I've doing the 4x4 SAR thing. I've been doing the same thing for over a year now and I can't believe how much time it takes.

ok i have pulled my head out of wherever and gotten back to work on this
UPDATES:
checked and fixed all links in Skids list (working on Armor list currently)
started marking forums supporting manufacturers with a V look for them in the vender section.

Questions for all of you?
Would you like to see a list of retailers that are forum venders compiled in a front page post?
I do not generally like the idea of showing preference in general, but many of them have discounts for us and have given money to help keep Jeep forums afloat, so i feel pretty good about about giving them their props. Also many of them have better prices or shipping than the list price on a product site.

General stuff
If you have sent me updates or posted them i am making my way thru them right now and will post back when everything i have is updated, if you don't see your input in the main post, at that time, is is possibly because i could not get a link to work, or maybe cause i just suck at times.
feel free to repost

keep the info coming, i cant go find everything

suggestions as to new features are always encourage

I also want to repeat , please no reviews or pictures here, there is a section for that and everyone should take the time to do review, it helps all of us out.

please CRAWL this thread if you find it helpful
