I can't help you with the shock length... but if you contact a good vendor, they should be able to get you the right shocks for that lift kit.
As for the driveshaft, there are pre-made lengths that you can buy for specific setups, and just like with the shocks, a good vendor can help you get what you need. That said, the right way is to install the kit, and sitting on its tires, measure the specific length you need.
Being my DD, I just drove around in front-wheel-drive mode until my rear driveshaft came in... so you're not stranded even while you wait for your order. Mine only took 3 days from Tom Woods.
