Yeah, if it wasn't for Gunkels resurection, my vote would have gone to 2005X. It was still a tough decision though, but Gunkels attention to detail and determination took the cake.

I wish you had a cold one up your..... I kid. No, really I can appreciate attention to detail, and a great looking jeep. Several, here at JF know how great the feeling is to be in an awesome looking jeep, that you have made to look and perform as it does. Yours certainly puts you there. Congratulations, not so much for the apparent win of this contest but for the drive to make your jeep what it is. Great work, awesome rig............

Redlyner got my vote. Nicely built!

I probably won't be submitting next month. It looks like at least 6 of the top 10 are the same old rigs from previous months.

No, it's true. They are wondering why they are losing entries. It's probably not due to the fact that most of the rigs are built. I think it's just because it's the same rigs being picked each month. Sorry if that offends you, but it's the truth.

Isn't that kind of the idea?

Keep entering until the year is over and see what we end up with for the calender.
If you look at the rest of the field, it would be a pretty tight race. So keep entering everyone.

Which means 4 of the top 10 were new!

C'mon, three months of a running contest and you're giving up already? With the work you put into that rig, you should hang around a little while longer

By the way, the reason some of the same ones are in the top-10 each month is because they don't give up.

Thanks man. I know life isn't fair and all that, but I would REALLY just like to see more than 4 new rigs. I voted for Redlyner, who I think may have been in the competition last month, so I'm not really trying to start any problems. I was just thinking that maybe if you switched it up a little bit, people may stay interested and actually submit.

Well if that's the idea, why don't you give the top ten a gold medal and let them all win? If the same Jeeps are getting picked month after month after month it gives us a pretty good idea of what the calender is going to look like.

Notice that in this month's top ten, a new entry is taking the votes by a landslide. Why keep the same Jeeps in the top ten? You guys might not be able to think outside the box, but maybe some of us like a variety of Jeeps to choose from.

I am in no way saying that the Jeeps picked are not top ten worthy, but I know that there are a heck of a lot more top ten worthy Jeeps that we have yet to see considering that you guys had almost thirty entries.

Just throwing in my two cents. Carry on with the voting.

I'm pretty sure every contest judge has commented on how tough it is to pick a top-10.

Letting everyone win, that's not a contest. Sorry, but I don't have the PC filter that thinks everyone should get a trophy just for playing the game.

You just made the point yourself that a new entry is leading the pack this month. If it were the same rigs every month, Gunkel wouldn't have a chance this month and Sean wouldn't have been in the running last month. Every month is different.

In the end the winner is NOT decided by the judges. The winner each month is decided by the people who join the forum and vote.
