whats the best route for cutting into the frame for out boarding setup cutoff wheel on a grinder sawzall torch? i might like to try it if i don't need a torch and then have someone weld em up for me until i get a lincon 225 and get decent beads.


2001 orange tj 2.5L (113,000) 35" Km2 Black rims D lp 30 Front and d 44 rear with ARB 1"BD MML, 1.25" BL, 4" RC Lift, Flat tc Skid, Adj rear ca's (front soon) TW rear DS, Novak shifter cable, JB ss SYE, RE angled rear trackbar, 8,000Lb Mile marker, Custom front and rear (w/swing) bumpers. Homemade CAI. Lots more to come.

I do it with cut-off discs and a grinder. Touch it up with flap wheels and call it good.

okay thank you! think its safe to drive with that notched about 20 miles lol? probably not recommended

The 60 came in today. This thing is BEEF!!!. Got it out of the truck and got it centered underneath.

Outers are not the same. The 9 had stock outers and the 60 has F-450 outers.

To make it more difficult, to really mess with the builder, and most importantly, no other reason than gearing.

To get 5:38's the only HP 9" option is Tru Hi9 and it's retarded to pay 2500 for a 3rd member that takes 7 quarts of gear oil.
