James may not like them or he wishes he had them. Blaine doesn't care for them either. I happen to really like them. After putting them on and seeing how much more front top and rear clearance I'll get, I appreciate them even more!

I'm guessing he was talking about the money he now has to fork out for the new fenders. I think they look great and I really like the way they open up the rear of the fenderwell. BTW, I plan on running them with the 4" flat Xenon's in the rear. I'm more concerned with banging the rear tub in the rocks vs the front fenders.

Gerald, I'll try to stop by sometime this week. There's a lot going on right now though with family stuff so I'm not sure when I could make it.

Those fenders look good. No interference with the slider portion of the rocker guards?

Sliders fits perfect and protects the flare nicely. Only have to do minor modification to the aluminum base.

What were you planning on getting? My memory is failing! I think you wanted some rockers.

You are correct. I do not like them. I really really dislike the MC designs. And it makes me pretty sad that now your Jeep has someone elses junk on it. I'd rather see your own custom fab inner fender with something sitting just under the hood to hold things down... much less like a tube fender, and more like a cleaned up fenderless look without all the ugliness. I'm more disappointed than anything. I had hoped better from you guys Gerald. Not a cop-out and buying someone elses stuff. That's all.

Dude is entitled to an opinion...one that I don't totally disagree with.

I think the element of time and money is also in play. Just because Gerald does something today, it's far from permanent... look how often he talks about changing rigs... he has the money (or one has to assume) to get something he likes the look of now keep it for a year (or whenever) he can always change it, when/if there is a more Savvy alternative available.

Don't have a problem with that either.

Neither do I! If Blaine ever makes something, I'll run them! As it is, MC has been a good partner and their fenders give me more room to run larger tires or less rubbing with the 35s. I didn't like the arched fenders but they grew on me. Then the Overlines came out and I liked the lines a lot better.

Different is what makes us all happy. James knows I respect his opinion and if he feels that way, it isn't a problem.
