Cool...I was just moaning about tie-downs the other day...Assume they make a TJ Set too and could be left on if you wanted to put up the soft/top? You have a link to these?

Mac's has the JK Kit listed here... I'm assuming G-man might have got one for his LJ before they are listed on the website maybe?

Mac's VersaTie track kits, aluminum track, E track, and deck hardware

Will do! I've been happy with Tie-Down Kit that I've got from Mac's in the past...good stuff and decent folks to deal with.

Dude that's freaking great! I love that! How come I never thought of it before?

Hmmm...I wonder if I can make something like that work with some sort of homemade tonneau cover...

Just talked to Matson at Metalcloak and we'll be running a set of their aluminum Overlines. The guys from Metalcloak rock! Great Company, great guys and great products!

Looking forward to that extra uptravel. As Adam told me on the Rubicon "I hate that noise" (tires rubbing the flares and fenders.) Being cool I rolled my eyes and thought to myself, "I don't like that either!"

Guess that means not to expect Savvy Aluminum Front Replacement fenders anytime soon? Are you going to do the RubiconRazorback trimming method to get them to mate nicely to your rockers?

I've always like the idea of the Metalcloaks, but never seen them in person, and was thinking a Savvy alternative might eventually be developed.

I think it's time to buy some Alcoa Aluminum Stock. I see a whole lot being used soon!

At that point where it's too much to list!

I like the Overlines with the more rounded shape. We have been trying to work together with Metalcloak to make our rock sliders compatible with their fenders. We have a pretty good idea how we need to trim them to make them work.

Heh, I have their arched fenders, and you're right, they're great people to work with. They didn't release their overlines till later, or I would've gone for those instead, but either way they look and work great, especially flareless. Almost gives a dovenosed effect.

Glad you're going with the Overlines, Gerald. I'm not a huge fan of the arched flares.
