Seriously though, this has got to be 1 of my 2 favorite builds Idaho's build is the other. Both are super clean and function as well or better than they look. Can't wait to get my LJ all grown up.

Real observations about differences in that photo though.

- looks like the rockers hide the body lift??? Nope - photo doesn't show them well
- extra triming in the wheel well??? appears you can see through more than normal Stock wheel wells
- coil spring relocated on frame. - That's what I was alluding to
- outboarded shocks - Obivous
- aluminum bodied bumpstop - Currie Bumpstop
- upgraded brake system - Currie Rockjock standard Ford Explorer Disk
- I think it's just an illusion but something silver through the hole in frame to the upper right of the control arm mount - That's just air
- red dot in the middle of the black square forward of the top of the schock tower - Seat belt bolt hole. Something red inside

Thanks for playing. I'm just trying to get people to see it done right so on their builds they will be able to do it right the first time. Unlike me!

Thanks for the answers. I figured some of those were illusions, but thought I would take a guess. As to building it right the first time, I can't agree more.

Am I upset that I haven't lifted my heep yet, sure. Am I thrilled that I have now had almost 4 years of research to decide what I will be doing, ABSOLUTELY.

I noticed all of those things, but I knew what they were. Wasn't much of a deal to me. I know why Blaine had done those things. Blaine does very clean work as well. I'm used to that now.

Wait until you see the surprise we have in store for you tomorrow. It's cute, adorable, Savvy, and something no one thought we would consider making. No, no hints, clues, or spy shots.

Tomorrow? How are we going to see it? Are you going to post on the forum? I could make my way down there tomorrow.. I have to be in Fontana early in the morning and could head that way after.

I'm driving over the hill in the AM to install it on the Savvy Unlimited. You know Gerald can't resist posting up pictures, so I'm sure some will make it into this thread.

He is at the shop where he's supposed to be and the Unlimited is close by.

Fontana is much closer to me than it is to the shop. You should have gone there sooner and swung by here for a test drive.

Yea, but I haven't been down the hill lately. I have to take my Dad to Kaiser tomorrow, which is why I will be down there probably into the afternoon. I need to find something to do so I don't have to go down the hill twice. Hopefully I can go down in the morning, find something to do, stop back by Kaiser, and then head back up the hill.

Edit: Besides, No one knew you even had it and was working on it! None of us on the forum knew until the pictures were posted.

With the rear spring perches being relocated, it adds a bit of height as well right? It doesn't look like much, maybe only an inch or inch and a half. If that's the case, was anything done to the front to compensate? Or is it not as noticable as I imagine it to be?

By far my favorite build. Top quality craftsmanship. Some day..

Hey Justin,

I should have your rockers next week. I don't beleive we gained any lift by reloacting the stock perches. More to straighten out the rear coils so they don't have the funny arch in them.

Blaine also did something very simliar to the front coil buckets. You can't even see it and I didn't notice till he pointed it out to me.

I hear a surprise is coming! Can't wait!
