Could you post a pic?

I think you're a little off. The shell on a turtle is thicker by a factor of 1.6783 while compared to the speed of a Puma, when chasing a rabbit. Therefore, if you hit a nail with a 4 lb. hammer, the thickness of the wood needs to be 4, and your grip should be on your lower regions.

Indeed. I'm going to put a 3/8" metal disk under the rear bumpstops, and maybe 1/4" disk under the front bumpstops, and I think that will be perfect for mine. Right now they measure just about identical (with the fronts being a little closer), but I know with some heavy loads hitting the bumpstops they will compress a little bit, so I'm gonna give a little extra bumpstop.

Thanks for the picture! I'll post up a picture of mine when I get home, but it's certainly under 3" of travel.

Something has to be wrong with mine. Maybe I have the wrong springs or the wrong shocks.

If you are at ride hieght there and it has the right amount of lift then those must be the wrong shocks...

I just measured between the top of the spring to the bottom of the spring and it looks like I'm about 10 3/4 inches. So that would be approximately 2 3/4 inches of lift.
Could that be because of my hard top and tire carrier?

You could easily lose 1/4" of advertised lift to weight in your rig, but the shock body looks way too long on your photo. Even with losing that little bit of lift you should still have travel available... double check your shock part numbers.

Well, that kinda sucks. I went with my specific set up on Gerald's recommendation.

Me too! This the 4" savvy/currie, and the fox shocks right from their website. I only posted the link to quadratec because that's what came up when I googled the part number.

Even if you had 4" springs it wouldn't make up the 3" I have on you (nothing personal 😃 . Something has to be installed wrong or those are super long shocks!
