Sanden 709T Fittings

Looking into converting to OBA, system was already drained professionally. Had a few questions here:

What type of fittings can I look at running?

Would it be worth it to drill and tap for NPT fittings or can I just buy another one of these little blocks (not sure what it is called)

I've done a lot of research but haven't found too much detail on this area

Cheers
