rust in the frame, what to do?

I've got the back end of my frame rusting out where my shackles connect to the frame. What is the best way to go about fixing. Is there a part provider that sells end sections of frames, if so I can't find one.

Ya talkin about a YJ?
How likely is it that only the ends are rusty enough to need cut out and replaced and the rest of the frame is fine enough to weld pieces on to?
Spray some bedliner over it all and eBAy it quick!
