Throttle position sensor is something to look at.

i just put a new tps on not to long ago, its not acting like the tps..the cat isnt clogged, its getting to much fuel, but not enough air, so would that be map sensor? or mass air flow sensor? how do i tell if theyre bad with out replacing them?

Check for a restriction in the air intake, filter. I also could be a map sensor but look at the filter first.

jeeps don't use a MAF (mass air flow) sensor, so that is not it.
