well at least I got the hardest part done, the carrier is easy to put on. the bumper wasn't "hard" just time consuming, it took me about 2 hours to put on the new bumper and take off my old bumper.
Mine was ordered on the 31st and I don't have the whole thing yet either.

You have to bend the rear body seams and there is NO room to work in under there.

and I said earlier I would post some current pics of my rig, so here are those too.

and here is my old bumper....IT"S FOR SALE!!!!!
looks good! it took me A LOT longer than expected to get mine on too. i ended up drilling the inner 4 holes because im carrying a 35" tire so i thought it might be best to add those 4 bolts too. because of that i had to drop the gas tank. i could not get a wrench in the frame to hole the bolts on the frame braces to tighten them up so i just had my brother weld them in place. all in all it took me about 5hrs to install the bumper!

IMO - im glad i paid the extra $20.00 and picked up the tire carrier from the store - sounds like you guys are having a hard time with that.

that's weird that a lot of you guys aren't getting hardware because I got 2 sets of hardware in mine - must be some real winners working in the packing dept.

I FINALLY got mine in....and it had 2 sets of hardware...lots of pieces left over, thanks to Smittybilt for all the hardware . I installed mine last night and adjusted it...NO rattles at all. I also put my 3rd brake light in the spare. I'll post pics tonight.
