Rubi swap / Axle swap (merged)

I have a 2000 tj that I am going to put 2005 Rubi 44's and t/c.I have both driveshafts from the 2005 donor.Is there any thing thats going to be a *****? Feedback would be great if you have done this already..

Do searches in TJ Tech. One search for the axle swap and one search for the TC swap. Lots of threads.

axle swap

I have a 2000 tj.I have purchased 2005 rubi. 44's t/c and drive shafts.Has anyone done this to there ride and if so,is there anything I should be aware of. Thanks looking for some feedback....

hundreds have done these swaps before. Fill out your profile, and use the search button for hundreds of write ups on both the axle and t- case swaps.

Hopefully you can find this thread again instead of starting the same one every hour. The axles are a direct swap. The TC will take some work. Like said above, and the other thread you started an hour ago try a search on here and google.

need the air pumps for the lockers or if you have existing OBA you need to research proper PSI I think it's only 5psi and plumb that in.

Other than that it should be a cinch. I have no idea if that T/c will bolt up to that tranny make sure you verify.
