Rubi gears Non rubi housing

Just blew my rear pinion gear in my 05 LJ with 3.73 L/S rearend. since I'm running 33's, I have the chance to upgrade to 4.10's, with a Dana 30 open gear set and a Rubicon locker with pump and 4'10's.
Can the Rubi locker be installed into a non-Rubi axle housing witn minor modifications??
Or will the 4.10 Rubi ringgear and pinion fit on the stock 3.73 Limited slip carrier?
