RT Turn Signal/Brake light

I have read all the threads for Flasher/blinker and brake light problems, I left my top off the other night and it rained in my 1999 TJ. Had the clicker problem, Sprayed with WD40 let it dry no more clicking noise. Now when I hit the brake the rt clearance lights come on, and the right turn signal stops blinking. Checked all bulbs and checked all grounds...all seem fine. Can anyone help me with this?

did you check for corroded contacts on the relay it's self.

I have a funny problem because of the relay's location:

Left TS and Right TS work fine. When I hit the 4-ways, only the left TS comes on and it blinks really really fast! So then I have to flip the right TS on at the same time, now my 4-ways flash fine.

I replaced the front soft windows in my jeep and I kept the old ones to cut the plastic up and make a shield for the flasher relay.
