Rough idle and hesitation with AC on.

1. Ok so when I have the AC on my Jeep often idles rough and when accelerating it hesitates and stumbles a bit under 2000 rpm.

2. Once in a while it idles rough after sitting all night without the AC but I hit the gas and it settles back down to normal.

The second problem sounds like a dirty IAC, which I found in the searches, but what about problem one? Maybe the same thing for the idle?
