Rough Idle

I have an 06 rubicon unlimited and once in a while it will idle weird. Rpms go up to 1000 and you can feel the engine shake like its about to stall but computer keeping it from doing it. A/C on or off same and it does it at radom times. Usually when stopoed at a red light it will do it. Any Idea or just normal.

I had the same issue on mine and it turned out to be the throttle position sensor.

13000 miles on her and no engine light. Does it at random times but only when stoped at a light or parked. Other than than runs perfect. Its done it since I bought it last christmas. 2nd time this month its done it.

A throttle body cleaning might solve the problem. You can do it yourself or pay $60 at a lube place (like Valvoline instant oil change)
